    Positive, The room was huge and super clean. The shower was fantastic, and I loved the open, spacious feel. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and I was close to many great restaurants to explore. I highly recommend the pool view for lovely city sights 😊

    The indoor pool's restoration should have been communicated better!!! The soundproofing needs serious attention, as corridor noise disturbed my peace. Why not offer a proper outdoor pool instead of that cramped indoor one?

    Had a good stay here. We have stayed in this excellent hotel for 2 nights, everything was great, the location was magnificent near to the old town. The breakfast was marvellous with a wide array of food, everybody can choose. The personnel was incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

    The spacious room was modern and clean. We enjoyed playing billiards and had a fun dinner. Breakfast had enough options to fill us up for the day. It's just a short walk to the main attractions.

    We wanted to use the spa but missed out. Staff could have been a bit more friendly. The indoor pool felt a bit cramped, disappointing.

    Family with children adventure

    The restaurant had AMAZING breakfasts, and the chef nailed the omelettes! We also had a wonderful time at the SPA, the sauna and hot tub were right up our alley.

    It wasn't cheap but honestly, we enjoyed it.

    The building is excellent. The room was modern with a new air conditioning unit. The bed was cozy. I appreciated the easy parking in front, made arriving hassle-free.

    The Beautiful Double Room was super spacious and comfy, totally loved the big bed! The room felt modern and clean, and I appreciated the fine views of the beautiful Berat landscape from my window. A walk to the castle was easy from here too!
